Hello, last time i used Broseph and Pineon in one party and i noticed that passive fiends can't evolve if there's only 1 or 2 enemies. Idk it's cause of Pineon is 4star and Broseph is 5, and they have different powers of passive fiends or every vegetables (even if you have 2x5* in your team) got the same problem. Is this bug or they do this on purpose? YOUTUBE link with short showing this problem. Good luck in pulls friends!
