Of course, you will always get better or stronger heroes as you progress in the game. When I got her, she became a permanent member in my team. I used normal Melia in farming, and Melia (C1) in raid attacks. Even though I think that normal Melia was a little better overall, because in farming and events you can use arrow attack to blind the monsters and don't need her blinding skills.
