This thread is to provide early insights and discussion on Round 10 of Construct heroes

Don’t get too attached

• Details from Beta, especially brand-new Beta content, don’t tend to be very reliable for actual release.
• It’s incredibly common that features are changed during Beta testing, or sometimes even after testing but before release. That is, after all, the purpose of Beta testing.
• So I wouldn’t get too attached to any of this — it’s not unheard of for entire portions of features to be removed or reworked, or for radical changes to functionality to be made.

 Construct Heroes

There are a total of two (2) new heroes added to Beta for testing.

The names of the new heroes are:

5 Legendary: 

• Elx - Mage's Vessel Construct
• Tengo - Profaned Sunlord Construct

 

 Construct Family

• Members of this family have Construct Core
• The Construct Core is charged each time this character receives damage for normal attacks or Special Skills.

Passive: Mana on Empowered Resist Special Skill Blocking

• This character is immune to status ailments that prevent use of Special Skills. They also gain 450 boosted health and 5% mana each time they resist.

Passive:  Minion Core

• The Construct Core of this character is Minion Core.
• The Minion Core activates each time this character’s Special Skill is cast:
  • With fully charged Minion Core, summon Killer Bot Minion with 27% HP and 55% attack inherited from the caster on all allies.
  • HP and attack inherited from the caster is scaled by the Core. All charge is exhausted when the Core is activated.
  • Before Killer Bot Minion hits target, it destroys all Minion from the target and damages Mega Minions.
  • The Killer Bot Minion recovers 5% health for its owner at the end of each turn.
  • Wither: Each hit from a Killer Bot Minion gives its target -50 attack.

Special Skill: Grimoire Fatalis

• Deals 200% damage to 6 random enemies.
• All enemies get -34% defense against Nature for 3 turns.
• For 3 turns, the element of all enemies is change each turn. On the first 2 turns, the element is random.
• On the last turn, enemies revert to their original element.
• After each element change, enemies take 1235 damage if their element is Nature.

Special Skill: Sunlord's Forbidden Flame

• Deals 500% damage to the target and minor daage to all other enemies.
• Heals the caster for 30% of damage dealt.
• The caster gets Taunt that prevents enemies from using Special Skills on the caster's allies for 4 turns.
• Deals 467-1210 damage to all enemies after 4 turns, based  on the damage the caster had taked while this effect was active. (Maximum effect is achieved upon taking 50% of max health in damage.)
