Help thinning out roster

I know this is quite much to go through, but would really appreciate if someone has time to help me understand which of these heroes I should feed away to free up space. Should I just go based off the power levels? For example Helo, Li, Joukahainen and Waqas are 270, while Harubo, Dragon Children and Caleb at 300. That must mean something?

Do you think a good strategy is for example go through gargon 3* and feed all that are not must have or good?

Could be an option. I would reconciliate Gargon and Ruskins guide and feed those, which are not mentioned in both guides.

Power is not a great measure of a hero's value. It is based only on the hero stats whereas a hero's value is more dependent on the synergies you can get with other heroes with their specials and secondary effects. Power will often indicate how sturdy a hero is for absorbing damage, but not so much for dealing damage.
