Soul Exchange: Is Silverpaw worth 15 non dupe heroes?

Hi, I have a few 5* heroes that I don't have duplicates of, but will probably never or only occasionally level up.

But is a single hero (Silverpaw) worth sacrificing 15 heroes?

The heroes I have to choose from are these 19 guys.
First 3 are no brainer, but who else would you send to SE?

I tend to judge my "keep holding onto or let 'em go" based on how often I see them showing up in defense teams, or if there is a costume on the way that might make them relevant again. At the point, I usually keep the newest and purge the old. Some of those were good in the day, but most aren't going to be worth the mats to take even to 4/80 let alone LB or emblem.

Another thing MAYBE to consider for who to keep is if anyone would be a good addition to your Titan team (e.g. DDown or EDD). 

For what it's worth, I purged several non-dupes for Silverpaw, so I'm definitely biased that he's worth dropping deadweight heros to pick up. A further question would be if there is one more hero you'd part with to hit 20 for SE; there are some REALLY GOOD options at that level.

5 more will be difficult. And I'm more into the 15 soul tier, nearly all of them 

All possible souls are at Level 1-1.

Costumes are available for those, but I have non of the costumes. I don't know which could be chosen from the Outfitter.

The VO is another angle to consider for sure. Which hero has a costume coming in the next 6 months. Would be worth keeping

For what it’s worth, I’d argue that Silverpaw is worth the souls because of his unique ability (see https://bobthesnark.org/soulexchange ) — though he’s hardly the only good choice in this lineup!

 since we are bringing up Visiting Outfitter, there’s also Hero Coach next month… which could insta-level the base form of one of the SE costumed heroes (just the base form, but still) or Odile or Pophit.

I’m not saying that’s a main reason to pick one possible choice over another, but it is another potential consideration.

Who to keep would be a tough choice for me between Louhi and Lepiota. I have Louhi with costume. I don't have Lepiota, but I've played her very successfully in the hero league, even though the guest heroes are not limit broken. Would like to have her. That being said, if you have another priority dispeller, keep Lepiota. Otherwise keep Louhi.

I kept Lepiota, Ares, Milady de Winter and Maple. The rest went into Silverpaw.
