I generally don't plan and get caught by surprise 1 week before the coach shows up I then choose who to level and frantically get them as high as possible in a few days, lol. I think the only one I've done from 1/1 is Brimstone and that turned out well because he's great, even better than I expected (I have strong red attack heroes) but I can easily spend a few hundred gems. FTP, gem stash usually hovers around 1-2k.

Dammit don't give them ideas! I hope SG never see this post...

Free ad summon in the pickup portal... c.Loki! Very happy with that. Now to decide who to level first, him or Dvalin. Dvalin considerably more powerful but Loki probably more useful, not to mention fun (I assume he's quite squishy though).

Definitely Chloris, despite sounding like a STD she's really good. Her and Eliane are on all my tower/map teams. Eldwren is good too, mindless attack is extremely useful. I find him and Von Rothbart either side of Ludwig is a good combination in war for shutting down more powerful teams. Nebula Nerasis is great on cleanup duty for sniping all the weaklings. There are a few others still on regular war duty: May, Akilius, Florenna, Mene, Uthragan... Honourable mention to Tahir, while very rarely used any more I had 2 of him on my team for a long time, worked nicely together with Grimm at my lower level back then. Here's hoping to get more HOTM's this year (7/12 2024, 9/12 2025, so far 2/3 2026. Not bad for ftp. Gotta catch 'em all!)

I have this guy at lvl60 but haven't really used him yet. He seems good - is he? Worth levelling another? I've been hanging onto a dupe unsure whether to level him or not. My only other 3*s I've maxed two of are Dawn and Treevil (and considering a second Jolly).

19 summons today and I still haven't got my first mimic. Yay.

It would be nice to be able to use our username instead of email to log in. Having the option to use either would be great. "Spinach" is just so much easier to type than my email address. Tastier, too.

I got her in the last SE. Last rush war was first time using her... Let's just say I'm very pleased She may be a little old stats-wise but 60% revive chance with 20% health is great, not to mention the rest of it.

Depends on your point of view and aims I guess. From my perspective, no it's not a waste. For reference, I am fully FTP, lvl 77, been playing for 4 years and currently have 71 5*'s in my roster (including all dupes & unlevelled crap etc). 26 alpha aethers in stock. I don't have 6 war teams of 5* and by the end I'm probably using some of my best 3*s. 2LB is reserved for the best and those who I see myself using often and for a long time. Any hero who is going to be used but is not top-tier (relatively) gets 1LB. Any hero who might be used at some point or I'm levelling simply 'cos I've got no one better in that colour stays at 80 unless they prove themselves good in a fight! 1LB heroes are very useful for me, yes 2LB would be better but I can do without. It also depends on the hero. Eg Von Rothbart, he's great, he can shut down a bunch of enemies and does good damage as well, however he's only at 85. 2LB will not improve him all that much beyond better survivabilty, it's his ability not his raw power that's his strength, so he's not top priority for aethers. TL;DR? For me, no. For top players, probably yes. Edit: I counted up my heroes, out of interest. Lvl 90: 14 Lvl 85: 12 Lvl 80: 16 Is this relevant? I have no idea

I'm wondering if SG have said anything about or been involved in this forum. Have you spoken to them at all? Are any of the SG staff members from the old forum known to be members here? Just curious really. Partly out of simple nosiness curiosity and partly with a slight nervousness that they're going to come around with a copyright infringement hammer or something... hopefully not! If it's sanctioned by them, it might be nice if they'd put it in the in-game news messages or something.
