Posts that do not follow these rules may be removed. 1. One Active Post Per Alliance Each alliance may have only one active recruitment thread at a time. Update your existing post instead of creating new ones. Duplicate threads will be deleted. 2. Required Information Every recruitment post must include: Alliance name Required player level / team power War & Titan participation expectations Time zone / main activity times Language(s) used Contact method (in-game name or invite instructions) Incomplete posts may be removed. 3. No Spam Bumping Do not bump your thread more than once every 24 hours. Artificial or repeated bumps (“Still recruiting!”, emojis, etc.) are not allowed. 4. Honesty Only Represent your alliance accurately. No false claims about war frequency, titan level, or activity requirements. 5. No Poaching or Hijacking Do not recruit inside another alliance’s thread. Do not advertise your alliance on someone else’s post. 6. Respectful Conduct No pressure tactics, insults, or negative comments about other alliances. Healthy competition is fine — trash talk is not. 7. Alliance Mergers Merger discussions must be clearly labelled in the title (e.g., “Looking for Merge”). Details of how many players you can accept must be stated. 8. Inactive Threads Threads with no updates for 30 days may be archived or removed. 9. External Links Discord or Line links are allowed if relevant to recruitment. No unrelated or commercial links. 10. Moderator Authority Moderators may edit, move, or remove posts that violate these rules.
